Finally, my next drawing is finished 
This is my second ballpoint pen drawing ever, and I could not be more pleased. Although the composition of the drawing and use of space could be better, I think the technicality and rendering show some of the best things about my capabilities.
In this drawing, I used peacocks to show the beauty of this girl that I drew. As you probably know, peacocks typically symbolize a strong ego and/or high self-esteem. But the girl in the drawing gives off an overall shy persona, something that completely contrasts the show-off like personality of the symbolization of the peacock. Together, the introvert-like aura of the girl and the egotistic aura of the peacock combine to create something more beautiful. Something that is both shy and high in self-esteem. Beauty does not need to show off, but yet it does not hide from attention. So there you have it: the girl and the peacock combine to represent beauty itself.

Vision Originality Technique ImpactLet me first just say the first thought that entered my mind, "This piece is gorgeous." I love the softness of her face and the blend of realism with surrealism. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt="
" title="Heart"/>My favorite part of this devation is the melding of the peacock and her hair. The curls are lucious and the peacock's feathers really bring them out. The shading and texture throughout is amazing. If I had to make a small criticizm, it would be that her shouders seem a tad small, but it doesn't detract from her beauty at all.
